Five stars are not enough. I am so impressed with this team. We had a 40 foot American Elm that had been dead for a long time and we were very nervous about it coming down in front of our house. But this team of guys handled it with grace and ease. Focused, professional, friendly, efficient, and neat. Beginning to end, they were perfect.

I recommend this company very highly. They are extremely prompt and very fast. Both for the estimate and the job. When you call this company a person answers the phone even on weekends. They were very patient with me. My job was somewhat complex for a variety of reasons. The job was in my opinion complicated, dangerous and near impossible, with vines climbing 60 feet up on one side, loose bricks, wires everywhere and rubble and garbage in the way all over the place. Access to the job was also difficult. 7 men arrived with 2 GIGANTIC trucks, a lift bucket, a chipper and of course a stump grinder. The crew was respectful. The only thing that troubled me was: Communication with the crew. Please designate one person on the crew, at the start, to communicate with the customer and ask questions if unsure of the parameters. But this is in NO WAY a reason to down grade them as they were SO fast, SO hard working, SO patient and SO professional! I would never use anyone else.

Thank you for trimming my neighbor's tree professionally. David came to give us a free estimate. He's very knowledgeable. He looked fully at the situation and dropped down a lot of notes. He explained how the job will be done and gave us a very reasonable quote. On that day the team came within the scheduled time frame. All staffs were very professional and knew their positions. They even had car cover to protect the cars nearby. The job was done professionally as we expected. All branches and trunks over the roof and crossing the fence line were removed. The process was amazing from beginning to end...David who gave me the estimate blew away the other two quotes i had gotten...crew was professional...the project was supposed to take 7 hours due to the size of the tree but were done in 4....they cleaned up nicely....highly recommended!

I screened about 4-5 tree removal services in Brooklyn, and I am so glad I went with Dragonetti. Rick and his crew just wrapped up a job at my house where they removed a large tree and trimmed another tree in my backyard. It was not an easy job - I live in a Brooklyn townhouse where the streets are busy, parking is limited, and there are all kinds of logistical issues and risks. But the dragonetti crew are true professionals and made a complex job into a clean, painless one. Here’s what I loved: Rick contacted me in advance before his crew’s arrival, and they arrived on time. This is a huge win, as it let me plan my schedule accordingly. The crew of about ten people got to work right away. Since they had to go through my house to reach the backyard, they put coverings on my walls, floors and hallways to make sure that everything is protected and clean since they’ll be carrying wood, branches and equipment through the house. Additionally, since there were cars (not ours) on the street that would be in their way, they covered those cars with protection to ensure they would not get dirty/scratched from any debris. I love that they care deeply on ensuring a clean, safe job with minimal disruption to your surrounding area. They even cleaned up the neighbor’s yard for any debris/branches that fell there during the tree removal! Rick is an excellent crew manager and communicator, asked for my input/consent when making decisions, and helped me clearly understand the work his crew was doing. He clearly has deep expertise and many years of experience. Needless to say, Rick and his crew got the job done. They move quickly and expertly, and are very thorough in their work. And best of all, they cleaned up afterwards. Honestly - I look at my house and my backyard, and it’s like they were never there. They left the place so clean, and I’m thrilled.
